Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ: There are NO refunds for cancellations. This applies to deposits & monies paid. Reservations MAY be moved up to 6 months from original reservation. Applicable to host & guests'. IN CONSIDERATION OF the risk of injury that exists while participating in A PRIVATE EVENT AND/OR VENUE RENTAL (hereinafter the "Activity"); I HEREBY release and forever discharge STUDIO 202, located at 1839 Lane Ave S Ste 202, Jacksonville, Florida 32210, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns (collectively "Releasees"), from any physical or psychological injury that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in the aforementioned Activity. I ASSUME ALL RELATED RISKS, BOTH KNOWN AND UNKNOWN TO ME, OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THIS ACTIVITY. I AGREE TO VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP OR WAIVE ANY RIGHT THAT I OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST STUDIO 202 FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
